Residential · Additions & Remodels

More home, without moving.

Room additions, open-concept conversions and whole-home renovations across Tampa Bay — designed, permitted and built from concept to completion by one licensed contractor.

The house you love and the space you need don't have to be different addresses. An addition or whole-home remodel is the biggest construction project most families ever take on. It deserves a contractor with commercial-grade project discipline — real schedules, real budgets, permits handled — and a builder's eye for making new work look like it was always there.

Structural Work

Licensed for the work that holds the house up — not just the parts you see.

One contractor, concept to completion

Additions fail in the gaps — between designer and builder, between trades, between what the permit shows and what got built. We close the gaps by owning the whole project: design coordination, engineering, county or city permitting, construction, inspections and closeout under one roof, with one person who answers the phone.

Because we build commercially too, the project management is real: written schedules, weekly updates, and change orders in writing before the work, not after the invoice.

Matching what's there

The test of an addition is whether anyone can tell where the house ends and the addition begins. Rooflines, floor heights, trim profiles, stucco and siding textures — the craft is in the seams. That's finish-carpentry thinking applied at the scale of a whole room, and it's the standard we build to.

Common Questions

( 03 )

How long does a home addition take?

Design and permitting typically run a couple of months, and construction two to five months depending on size and complexity. We give you the full timeline in writing before you commit.

Do you handle the permits and engineering?

Yes — structural engineering, permit submission, inspections and final approvals are all part of the job. Additions in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Highlands counties each have their own review quirks, and we work in all three.

Can we live in the house during a remodel?

Usually yes. We phase the work, seal off construction zones, and keep essential rooms functional as long as possible — living-in-place logistics are part of the written plan.
