Nathaniel Acosta
Owner, Contractor & Builder
Nathaniel holds a degree in Building Construction Technologies from Indian River State College and has over 10 years of experience in the industry. Over a decade in construction, he has transformed luxury homes, handled commercial projects like Publix renovations, and explored the ins and outs of HVAC work. Today, his focus is on new construction homes and custom additions.

As a licensed residential contractor, Nathaniel is deeply committed to green building and sustainable practices. Building isn’t just his profession — it’s his passion. Outside of client projects, he spends his time studying vintage architecture and building science books, sketching tiny home layouts, tackling complex construction challenges, or creating cardboard models of his favorite niche structure — the zome, a striking geometric dome celebrated for its strength and efficiency. Lacey Acosta
Designer, Marketing Lead
Lacey holds a BFA in Graphic Design and Art History from the Savannah College of Art and Design, with seven years of professional design and marketing experience, including five years specializing in luxury real estate. She is also a licensed Florida realtor, a step she took to build on her years of design and real estate experience, allowing her to merge creative vision with market insight and help every CasaCosta project achieve both aesthetic excellence and practical value.

Her traditional design training gives her a strong foundation in composition, lighting, color theory, and hierarchy — principles she applies everywhere, from creating the flow of a living space to shaping a website (like this one you’re on right now). Her design style leans on midcentury modern foundations but isn’t afraid of bold choices — from vibrant colors to modern finishes and architectural quirks. Think modern midcentury angles and simplicity with a pop of personality, sometimes even brought to life through custom murals.
